About the Recipe
This recipe came out of a need to eat something out of the freezer and make it in 20 minutes!

Ingredients
1/4 cup of brown sugar
2 TBS dijon mustard
4 boneless salmon fillets
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Salt
Preparation
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 425. Since you will be using the broiler setting, set the oven rack to the highest setting. Spray the broiler pan with Pam.
Step 2:
I use frozen salmon fillets and thaw them. Pat to dry. Sprinkle garlic salt, salt and pepper on salmon fillets. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar and dijon mustard. Spread onto fillets.
Step 3:
Cook for 10 minutes. Switch oven to the broil setting. Broil for an additional 5 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized and golden.
