Ingredients
6 raw chicken breasts
32 oz Chicken Broth
24 oz Salsa
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Salt
Preparation
Step 1:
Spray slow cooker with Pam. Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker. Pour the salsa and chicken broth on top. Stir. Cook for 4 -5 hours or until chicken is finished.
Step 2:
Remove chicken, chop or shred in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. Pour the salsa/broth mixture from the slow cooker on top to keep the chicken moist. Serve in taco shells or on chips for nachos adding your favorite toppings: lettuce, pico, sour cream and guacamole!
Note: You can cook slowly over a stove in a large pot if you do not have time for a slow cooker.
